Books read, newspapers headlines absorbed, music blaring, billboards endured, people experienced; then disassembled, remade, recorded, performed. Performance... Their live show is high energy, sweat, live video projections (custom-built for each track by Primes), and back-to-back execution of their material much like a DJ set. Sometimes their live show is augmented by a third member, often the contributions of Erik West (The Weekend Warrior). Primes relocated to London UK in early 2008 and have begun to drop their live show in the city's music venues. Shortly after their arrival they released "Psychwolf", a 4-track EP of psychedelic drone-based ambience, revealing another ego. Currently the band is booking live shows, working on new material and remixes, as well as preparing a release of remixes of tracks from "Facades and Pink Forms" by such artists as Monty Luke (Mothership), Ricardo Almeida (Summer Lovers Unlimited), Hrdvsion (Wagon Repair), and more. "made by weirdoes for weirdoes / synth sounds designed to rattle your sense of well being / a galvanized effort that pulls industrial dance into the new millennium / a continuous stream of sonic bleeps, sci-fi buzzing, futuristic tonics, and static transmissions being stitched to make seamless transitions / keen on cutting-edge technology, has a unique off-kilter sound; the signal is flickering and you can't quite locate it, but you're compelled to continue listening to suss it out..."
